The Meal Support Program in Lihue, HI, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers engaging virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside peers and trained facilitators. With meal sessions happening four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as their schedule allows. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners who are gaining expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working on their CNS certification. Our mission is to foster community and understanding for those on the path to recovery, offering a lifeline of encouragement and connection.
