The Congregate Dining Program in Makawao, HI, is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors aged 60 and older by providing not just nutritionally balanced meals but also fostering a warm social atmosphere. In addition to delicious meals, the program offers engaging activities such as arts and crafts, health, wellness, exercise, and nutrition education, ensuring a holistic approach to senior care. While our dining centers are temporarily closed due to COVID-19, we have adapted by delivering meals directly to clients' homes three times a week, ensuring our participants receive both nourishment and connection. A $2 voluntary contribution is welcomed for each meal, making it accessible for everyone.
