The Meal Support Program in Makawao, HI, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient eating disorder recovery. We offer a safe, welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to nourish themselves with the extra support they need. Our sessions occur four times daily, with flexibility to attend as many as fits your schedule, ensuring access to essential nutrition. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their journey to become certified nutrition specialists.
