MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Mcbh Kaneohe Bay, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity while providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services that align with individual needs and preferences. We offer a comprehensive range of options, including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance. Veterans who prefer autonomy can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for more intensive support.
