Early Head Start (EHS) is a dedicated, federally funded initiative based in Mililani, HI, that serves low-income families with children under three years old and pregnant women. Our program focuses on providing essential prenatal care, early childhood education, and comprehensive family support throughout the Island of Hawaii, with home-based services being the cornerstone of our approach. Through weekly home visits, we empower parents by enhancing their skills to support their child's development in a nurturing environment. Additionally, we organize group socialization activities twice a month, allowing families to connect and engage through meaningful parent-child interactions. By offering health and development screenings, a pre-natal curriculum, and our Partners for a Healthy Baby curriculum, we strive to foster a strong foundation for every child’s future.
