The Meal Support Program in Naalehu, HI, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program hosts live, virtual group meals designed to create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can share nourishing meals with others on a similar recovery journey. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals have the flexibility to attend as it best fits their schedules. Our meal support is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification. While we provide essential nutritional support, please remember that we are not an urgent care service or crisis center.
