The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Ninole, HI, is dedicated to nurturing and empowering individuals who are passionate about creating a food system that is just, sustainable, and equitable. Through hands-on education in organic farming practices, selected Fellows will engage in a transformative six-month immersive experience at our dedicated farm campus, followed by a Community Action Year, where they will apply their knowledge in collaboration with local non-profits. This fellowship encourages participants to grow and distribute a variety of crops, lead innovative educational sessions, maintain community gardens, and promote food and ecological literacy within schools. By removing financial barriers and offering a supportive environment, we aim to build a network of advocates who champion the importance of food assistance, community resilience, and access to healthy foods across our region.
