The Children with Special Health Needs Program (CSHNP) in Ocean View, HI, is dedicated to ensuring that all children and youth with special health care needs, ages 0-21, achieve optimal health, growth, and development. Our program supports families of children with chronic medical conditions by providing vital services, including information and referrals, medical specialty care coordination, and specialized nutrition services. We also facilitate hearing and vision services, transition planning to adult healthcare, and conduct clinics for neurology, cardiac health, and nutrition across the Neighbor Islands.
