The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Ocean View, HI, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic sustainability. Our program provides comprehensive organic food system education, equipping selected Fellows with the knowledge and skills to transform communities through food. During a transformative six-month, hands-on residency at our farm, Fellows engage in essential activities such as growing diversified crops, conducting innovative health care educational sessions, and managing community gardens. With a strong focus on promoting access to healthy foods, our Fellows foster partnerships that enhance farmers markets and support direct-to-consumer programs. Following their residency, they embark on a Community Action Year, applying their learning alongside regional non-profits to make meaningful impacts. We believe in making this opportunity accessible, as we do not charge tuition, ensuring that passionate individuals can contribute to creating healthier, more equitable food systems.
