MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Ookala, HI, is a dedicated health initiative specifically designed to improve the lives of Veterans struggling with obesity and related health issues. Our program aims to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities annually and connect them with personalized weight management services that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans who require additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery solutions.
