The Meal Support Program in Paauilo, HI, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in sessions create a welcoming environment where participants can join live, facilitated group meals that emphasize nourishment and connection. With four daily meal support opportunities, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring informed guidance during each meal. We invite anyone in outpatient care to take part in this supportive initiative designed to foster recovery and build community, although it's important to note that our program does not provide crisis support.
