Located in Pahala, HI, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthier food choices for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with their infants and children up to five years old. Understanding the unique nutritional challenges these families face, WIC offers vital services including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, healthcare referrals, and vouchers for fresh produce at local markets.
