SNAP Hot Foods Waiver, part of the Hawaii Department of Human Services, is dedicated to enhancing food assistance for individuals and families in Paia, HI, by allowing participants in the USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to purchase hot foods using their benefits.
