The Meal Support Program in Paia, HI, offers free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through our virtual drop-in group meals, participants can create a safe and supportive environment to consume nourishing meals while benefiting from expert guidance. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, attendees have the flexibility to join as often as their schedules allow. Our meal support is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are in training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive informed assistance. This program is designed to foster a warm community for healing and recovery; however, it is not a crisis intervention service.
