The Kupuna Care Program, based in Schofield Barracks, HI, is dedicated to supporting the elderly population who face unique challenges in accessing long-term care services. Funded by the State of Hawaii, this program offers a range of essential community-based services to seniors who do not qualify for other government assistance or have private support. Our mission is to provide compassionate aid through various services including transportation, attendant care, case management, home-delivered meals, homemaking, adult day care, and personal care assistance, ensuring that our elders receive the care they deserve and can maintain a higher quality of life.
