Early Head Start (EHS) at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii is dedicated to nurturing the development of low-income families with infants and toddlers under three years, as well as supporting pregnant women. Our federally funded program delivers vital prenatal and early childhood education through home-based services that include weekly visits focused on promoting healthy child development and empowering parents. The EHS program also offers engaging group socialization activities twice a month, fostering connections between families while providing essential early learning experiences. Families across East Hawaii can access comprehensive services including health screenings and family support, with future plans for additional classroom locations in Hawaiian Beaches and Hilo.
