The Kupuna Care Program, based at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for elders who lack access to other government assistance or private support. Funded by the State of Hawaii, this community-based program offers essential long-term care services tailored to meet the individual needs of our seniors. Participants can access a range of services, including transportation, attendant care, case management, home-delivered meals, homemaker support, adult day care, and personal care services, ensuring our elders receive the care and support they deserve during their golden years.
