About Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)
The Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI, is dedicated to promoting optimal nutrition and health for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our comprehensive services include nutrition assessments, education, and direct support for breastfeeding, alongside referrals for substance abuse cessation and various health and social services. We also provide supplemental food to ensure families have access to nutritious options. Eligible participants must meet income guidelines and demonstrate a medical or nutritional risk, allowing us to extend our caring support to those in need in our community.
