Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital resource located at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, dedicated to providing free food assistance and nutrition support for low-income families. Specifically designed for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as parents of young children up to five years old, WIC aims to foster healthy eating habits in our communities. Participants can access a range of services, including supplemental foods, tailored nutrition education, and breastfeeding support. Our welcoming team is here to help improve the health and wellbeing of mothers and children, ensuring that families in need have the resources they require to thrive. WIC is available Monday through Friday, with special Saturday hours and extended evening access on the fourth Thursday of each month, making it easier than ever for families to take advantage of our comprehensive support.
