Cancer Transitions is a supportive program located at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI, designed for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have completed their treatment. Aimed primarily at those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, the program is valuable for all survivors seeking guidance at any stage of their journey. Participants benefit from personalized nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and comprehensive education on emotional and medical health management, all tailored to enhance their quality of life post-treatment.
