Our program is designed for anyone recently diagnosed with kidney disease, those caring for loved ones, or individuals preparing for dialysis. Participants can expect comprehensive education covering the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutrition tailored for kidney health, coping strategies, and available treatment options, including home dialysis. To accommodate diverse needs, we offer classes in various formats—online, video conferencing, by phone, or in person—ensuring that support and resources are easily accessible to our community.
