Meals-to-Go, part of Lunalilo Home in Wahiawa, HI, is a vital food assistance program designed to serve seniors in East O‘ahu. Our mission is to support the well-being of seniors by offering nutritious, ready-to-eat meals that can be picked up or delivered directly to their homes. Each meal includes a balanced hot entrée featuring protein, starch, and vegetables, alongside fresh fruit or dessert, a salad, and a choice of cold beverage. With the goal of promoting independence among older adults, we cater to the specific needs of homebound seniors, those recovering from medical treatments, and individuals with disabilities. Our meal pick-up service operates daily, while our dedicated delivery reaches residents from Kaimukī to Waimānalo, and soon Kailua, ensuring that those 60 and over who are unable to cook for themselves have access to healthy food options. Additionally, we collaborate with Hawaii Meals on Wheels to extend our home-delivered meal service to more eligible seniors in our community.
