Each ready-to-heat meal includes a hot entrée with starch, protein, and vegetables, accompanied by fresh fruit or a cold dessert, a refreshing salad, and a choice of milk or juice. We prioritize quality and safety, ensuring all items are packaged appropriately. Our services cater to single seniors or couples who may require extra assistance, such as those who are homebound, medically ill, or facing challenges after surgery or treatment. Meals can be picked up daily between 11 a.m. and noon for lunch and from 4 to 5 p.m. for dinner, or delivered Monday through Saturday, including holidays, across areas from Kaimukī to Waimānalo, with future plans for Kailua. Additionally, seniors aged 60 and over who are unable to shop or prepare meals may qualify for home delivery through our partnership with the Hawaii Meals on Wheels program.
