Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a vital program located in Waialua, HI, dedicated to supporting the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to instill healthy food habits through a comprehensive approach that includes nutrition assessments, education on breastfeeding, and offers supplemental foods tailored to the needs of families. WIC also provides essential referrals for health and social services, as well as support for substance abuse cessation and peer counseling for breastfeeding.
