Located in Waikoloa, HI, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by offering essential financial assistance for travel expenses. Patients can receive up to $800 annually to help cover the costs of seeing a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Our program is designed to ease the burden of travel by providing funds for a range of necessary costs, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. We also understand the importance of support during such times, which is why grantees are welcome to bring a companion with them for added reassurance on their journey to better health.
