The Kupuna Care Program, located in Waimanalo, Hawaii, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our elders by providing essential community-based long-term care services for those who may not qualify for other government assistance or lack private support. Our mission is to empower seniors with practical resources tailored to their needs, which include transportation, attendant care, comprehensive case management, home-delivered meals, homemaker services, adult day care, and personal care services. Through our compassionate approach, we strive to ensure that every older adult in our community receives the support and dignity they deserve.
