The Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Waimanalo, HI, is dedicated to fostering healthy eating practices among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children from birth to five years. Our program offers vital resources including nutrition assessments, education on healthy food choices, support for breastfeeding, and referrals to essential health and social services, along with supplemental food assistance to ensure families have access to nutritious options. In response to COVID-19, we are currently providing services over the phone to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community.
