Located in Waimea, HI, the Meal Support Program provides essential meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program emphasizes accessibility and safety, offering four daily facilitated virtual group meals—two during lunch and two at dinner. These collaborative sessions are designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can consume nutritious meals with professional guidance from nutrition practitioners in training for their CNS certification. Our goal is to provide ongoing support during recovery, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as suited to their schedules. While we focus on meal assistance, we also encourage those in crisis to seek urgent help by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
