The Kupuna Care Program, based in Wake Island, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for elders who need long-term care services but do not qualify for other government assistance and lack private support. Our mission focuses on providing essential community-based services, including transportation, home-delivered meals, personal care services, and case management to ensure that our seniors receive the care and support they deserve.
