The Senior Food Box Program in Wake Island, HI, offers essential food assistance through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Our mission is to provide low-income kūpuna with a monthly supply of nutritious USDA food to help alleviate the serious health effects of senior hunger, thereby aiding in the prevention of costly hospitalizations and nursing home placements. Each box is thoughtfully curated to supplement vital nutrients that support the well-being of our kūpuna. To join this program, you can download the application online and submit it to the Hawaii Foodbank. While we strive to serve as many participants as possible, please note that high demand may result in wait lists at our distribution sites.
