The Kupuna Care Program at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community who require long-term care services. Funded by the State of Hawaii, this vital program supports elders who do not meet the eligibility criteria for other government assistance and lack private support. We offer a range of services including transportation, case management, home-delivered meals, personal care, attendant care, and adult day care, all delivered with compassion and respect. Our mission is to ensure that every elder has access to the care they need to thrive in their own homes and maintain their independence.
