The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, located in Wheeler Army Airfield, HI, is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals navigating the challenges of significant financial hardship caused by chronic, terminal, or rare conditions, including cancer, Parkinson's, and Huntington's Disease. Our program offers vital utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burdens faced by those in need. While the grant specifically covers either utility expenses or grocery costs, we also collaborate with other organizations to explore additional forms of support, ensuring that those we serve receive comprehensive care during their difficult times.
