At the Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in Wheeler Army Airfield, HI, we are dedicated to supporting low-income kūpuna by providing them with essential access to fresh, locally-grown fruits, vegetables, honey, and herbs. Our program empowers seniors by offering $50 worth of coupons, allowing participants to enjoy 10 $5 vouchers to obtain eligible produce from participating farmers, farmers’ markets, and approved roadside stands, all at no cost. Operating seasonally from April through October, our program encourages early application submissions, as spaces tend to fill quickly by May or June.
