MOVE! Weight Management Program, located at Wheeler Army Airfield, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored weight management options to meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer to navigate their weight management independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continuously face challenges with weight-related issues after participating in MOVE!.
