The Meal Support Program in Adel, IA is dedicated to supporting individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support through live, virtual group sessions that create a welcoming environment for shared meals. With flexible options available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can join as many times as fits their schedule, receiving nutritious support alongside guidance from nutrition practitioners training to earn their CNS certification.
