Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers is a dedicated, performer and sex worker-led collective based in Ames, IA, focused on elevating the voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) within the sex work community. Our mission centers on empowering sex workers by ensuring they hold pivotal roles in leadership and decision-making. We provide crucial labor advocacy, financial assistance, and enhance access to vital resources, including mental health and medical care as well as legal services, specifically tailored for individuals of the Global Majority engaged in sex trades. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that uplifts our community members and champions their rights and wellbeing.
