In Anamosa, IA, One-On-One Nutrition Consultations, provided by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), is dedicated to empowering cancer patients and their caregivers by offering free, individualized consultations with registered dietitians. Our mission is to provide essential nutritional education that addresses the unique challenges faced during treatment, ensuring families receive the support they need. During a 30-minute consultation, clients will gain strategies to enhance their nutrition, manage side effects, and receive expert tips on meal planning and grocery shopping. We also equip participants with questions to ask their healthcare providers, alongside access to additional nutrition resources available both online and in the community.
