The Meal Support Program in Atlantic, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers a nurturing environment through live, virtual group meals that occur four times daily, allowing participants to share mealtime experiences while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. As part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, these practitioners foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages healthy eating habits and emotional well-being. Once enrolled, individuals can flexibly attend as many sessions as needed, ensuring they receive the vital nutrition support necessary for their recovery journey.
