Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information, compassionate guidance, and practical resources right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with Medicaid applications and appeals, as well as navigating the complexities of insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
