The Meal Support Program in Boone, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals, creating a supportive environment where participants can focus on nutrition while engaging with others who understand their journeys. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can tailor their participation to fit their schedules. All meal support is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their CNS certification. We strive to foster a healing space that emphasizes care and collaboration in the recovery process, ensuring that everyone feels supported and understood during their meal experiences.
