We understand the challenges that come with this diagnosis and offer practical help through our tailored financial assistance packages. Each eligible individual receives a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to alleviate some of the burdens. In addition to financial support, we provide essential psycho-social counseling with a licensed clinical social worker and access to genetic counseling, all via phone, to ensure that patients have the emotional and informational resources they need. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, dependent on available funding.
