About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Cedar Rapids, IA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With four meal support sessions daily—two scheduled during lunch and two during dinner—individuals can easily incorporate this vital support into their routines. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support and recovery engagement, we encourage those in urgent need of crisis assistance to seek immediate help through established hotlines.
