Located in Clive, IA, the Wellness Project is dedicated to enhancing health and wellness for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Disabilities, and those eligible for the Brain Injury Waiver program in Polk County. We provide vital Targeted Case Management and Service Coordination, alongside holistic services that focus on community integration and personalized support. Our mission is to promote recovery and resilience through diverse wellness opportunities, including massage therapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and art classes. We aim to empower our clients by offering resources that improve emotional and physical health, along with educational programs in nutrition and creative arts to develop coping skills. To participate, individuals must demonstrate a need for assistance in multiple areas or meet waiver eligibility criteria.
