Project WIN - Welcoming Infants into Neighborhoods is dedicated to supporting young families in Council Bluffs, IA, by providing essential health education and resources for expecting parents and those with infants or young children. Our compassionate public health nurses work closely with families to assess their needs, ensure access to healthcare, and offer valuable insights on child development. Through regular visits, typically one to two times a month, we provide parent education, health assessments, and referrals to local community resources. Our mission is to empower families with the knowledge and support they need to thrive during these crucial early years.
