Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers is a dedicated collective based in Creston, IA, entirely led by performers and sex workers who strive to empower Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the sex trades. We prioritize placing sex workers in leadership roles to ensure their voices are at the heart of our mission. Through labor advocacy and financial assistance, we work to enhance access to essential services including mental health support, medical care, and legal resources, all aimed at uplifting individuals from the Global Majority within the sex industry. Our commitment to advocacy and holistic support is foundational to creating safer and more equitable opportunities for BIPOC sex workers in our community.
