The Meal Support Program in Decorah, IA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care and navigating eating disorders. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals offer a welcoming environment where participants can share a meal and receive compassionate support while consuming nutrition essential to their recovery. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, participants have the flexibility to attend as their schedule allows. Each group meal is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their journey to obtain CNS certification, ensuring that our support is informed and professional.
