About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Denison, IA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can connect in a supportive environment while enjoying nutritious food together. With sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to attend as fits their schedule. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification, ensuring a compassionate and knowledgeable approach. While this program serves as a vital resource for ongoing recovery, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate assistance through local services.
