The Meal Support Program in Eldridge, IA, offers compassionate, free meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. We provide a welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals, ensuring participants have the nutritional support they need while surrounded by understanding peers. With four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner— individuals can join as often as their schedule allows, all guided by trained nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise towards CNS certification.
