The Meal Support Program in Estherville, IA, provides crucial, free meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care and recovering from eating disorders. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals offer a welcoming and safe environment for participants to gather and share nutritious meals together, guided by trained nutrition practitioners who are earning their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinner options, individuals can easily fit this valuable support into their schedules.
