Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors proudly serves the Evansdale, IA community by providing essential wellness kits to cancer survivors enduring financial challenges, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. Our program delivers six free wellness kits every two months, thoughtfully designed to support physical and emotional well-being. Each kit includes items like water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to aid in the healing journey.
